This new institution aims to the improvement and upgrade of services that are offered the Municipality citizens in all levels. Already the mechanism has been set up and is in test phase. It began its regular operation for service of the public in June 2012.
The citizen’s services office is completely computerised and it boasts an upgraded telephone centre, in order that all proposals, queries or complaints of citizens are recorded by Municipality employees, then registered and transmitted electronically in the responsible Departments for further processing.
How it works
If you wish to get information on any subject concerning the Municipality or to submit a complaint or proposal, you can apply to the Citizen Services in order to obtain the information that you ask or to submit the complaint or proposal. The contact details are:

Municipality clerks will answer your call and, if possible, you will get an answer to your query immediately. Otherwise you will get an answer in the shortest possible time through the same way that you contacted the Municipality.
Through the computerised system in which your query is registered is sent to the responsible Department of the Municipality for processing.
This system keeps statistical data of demands, complaints etc., so that it is easy to control of timely response of Departments of Municipality to them. In the end of each year an annual report of Municipality services will be published and will serve as a qualitative evaluation for the needs of the citizens and the effectiveness of the Service.
