Aradippou prepares to live one of the highlights of this year's cultural events. On the occasion of the feast of the patron saint of the Holy City, Apostle Loukas, the Municipality of Aradippou will hold various festive events. The official opening of the events will take place on Sunday, October 14th, 2018 at 6.00 pm. in the classroom of the First Primary School with a speech by the Priest Panagiotis Douris on "The Life of the Apostle Luke, the Adventure of His Sacred Relish and His Temple in Aradippou". On the same day, there will be a double projection (11.00 pm and 3.00 pm) of the cartoon film "I the less desirable 3" at the KALLITHEA cinema. On Wednesday, October 17th, at 8:00 pm, a folklore event will be held, which will include recitals, traditional dances, songs and Tsiatistsa titled "Arapippou my Glitzia, a favorite place". The event, which will take place in Apostolou Louka Square, and will be addressed by the Kition Bishop Messrs. Chrysostomos. The celebrations will be completed the next day, October 18th, at 7.30 pm. in the same place by the presentation of the choir "Anthony" by the Ermis Cultural Group. The evening will be closed with a traditional program with songs from Cyprus and other regions of Hellenism with Christos Sikis and the music band Adama.
