The Chief Executive Secretary, Dr Mathaios Alambritis  (CV), is the direct recipient of the City Council's decisions, such as those taken in the context of the policy it has set. At the same time, it is the instrument through which decisions or directions are immediately forwarded toward the appropriate departments for execution.

The Chief Executive Secretary coordinates and prompts the operational mechanism of the Municipality's departments so as to execute any projects of Aradippou's municipality.

At the same time it supports the City Council in its decision taking, providing the data and information that it collects through the other Municipal Departments and other sources, having first studied and processed them appropriately.

The Chief Executive Secretary is the instrument that the Mayor uses as the Municipality's sole Executive Authority for the execution of the City Council's decisions.

The Chief Executive Secretary is housed in the Town Hall.
