Emigrant citizens of Aradippou are found around the world, such as Great Britain, Australia, Greece and other countries. Emigrant citizens of Aradippou of Great Britain and Australia are organized in an association with rich activity and close contacts with the Municipality of Aradippou.

The Municipality of Aradippou in its effort to bring closer the emigrant citizens of Aradippou, created a special forum aiming to the communication  between citizens of Aradippou and the inventory of the Aradippou citizens everywhere. In this forum the emigrants will have the opportunity to converse between them and to be informed for cultural activities of Aradippou. On 22-23 October 2004, the first convention of emigrant Aradippou citizens was organised. The convention took place at  the 4rth Elementary school of Saint Fanourios Aradippou. The convention was opened by the honorable Minister of Exterior of Cypriot Democracy Mr Giorgos Iacovou and lasted two days. On the first day the registration of the participants took place and the beginning of convention was with greetings from the Chairman of Committee of Culture, the Mayor of Aradippou, representatives of political parties and emigrants.

The honorable Minister of Exterior Mr Giorgos Iakovou, declared the work of the convention. It followed dinner in the Folklore Museum Kaimaklioti in honour of the conventioneers.

The second day of the convention, the Governmental Representative Mr Kypros Chrysostomides informed the conventioneers about the Cyprus problem and then proposals were made from representatives of emigrants of Great Britain and Australia. The convention closed with a concise assessment of work and resolutions.
